Pure power protein

I'd like to share this recipe for delicious protein bars, that are super easy to make.

Pre-heat the oven to 170° C. Blend 1 dl (0,4 cups) almonds, 3-5 walnuts, 0,5 dl (0,2 cups) chia seeds and 0,5 dl (0,2 cups) flax seeds to a fine-ish flour. Mix in 3 table spoons cocoa powder and 1 table spoon cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix 2 ripe bananas, 240 g soaked and cooked black beans (that's one can of pre-cooked and pre-soaked black beans, that you need to drain and rinse), 1 dl (0,4 cups) soaked dates (no stones) and 1 egg. Now mix the flour with the bean blend. Spread it in a baking sheet, preferably on baking paper. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Take it out and spread 1 jar of peanut butter on it. Once it's cooled off, melt a bar of 86% chocolate (or there about) and spread over it. Sprinkle flakes of sea salt and/or hemp seed if you feel like it. Place cool, and don't forget to draw marks for the pieces in the chocolate before it's completely hardened, or it will crack when you cut it. I normally cut pieces of circa 3x7 cm. Wrap in baking paper, store cool and dry.
