Banana Pancakes 2.1

On Sunday mornings we try to get up as early as possible, in order to get out of the house as early as possible. Still, we try to eat breakfast in a slow tempo, enjoying the last morning off, before work is calling. These pancakes are perfect to keep the tempo down, as they are heavy and filling, yet fluffy and sweet. I found the recipe here, but have made a couple of changes/additions based on what we had at home, just like you can.

Add 1,5 dl oat milk (or what ever milk you prefer), 1 dl oats, 1 banana, 0,5 dl graham spelt wheat flour (or any... you get it), 1 tsp baking powder and 1 egg to a bowl and blend/mix to a smooth batter. Fry them in coconut oil, and serve with your favourite topping.

Breakfast served with added magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin Bs, omega 3 and  chromium.
