Nut snack in no time
I tend to get a little cranky between meals. Which is why snacks are so, so important to me. This is the easiest recipe ever and it goes just as well as a snack as topping on your banana pancakes.
SEMI-CARAMELIZED NUTS WITH CINNAMON AND CARDAMOM
This is all you need
- 300g of what ever nuts you prefer
- 1 tbsp honey
Roast the nuts slightly in a dry pan, stir all the time. When they start getting warm and some colour, add the honey, stirring so that it melts. Add the cinnamom and cardamom, and keep roasting for another few minutes. Remove the nuts and separate them on a baking sheet. When cooled off, simply transfer them to a jar with a lid and prepare to open that lid pretty often.
