Rooibos and Orange Iced Tea

I’ll get straight to the point. I haven’t had coffee in 11 days. It feels so good but also super strange. I have replaced coffee with rooibos tea, as it’s naturally caffeine free but soothes my need for a warm drink every now and then. However, I ended up making rooibos and orange iced tea as our Small & ugly box contained ridiculously juicy oranges this week. Please promise to give it a try!

Much love,

Emelie

ROOIBIS AND ORANGE ICED TEA

What you need

  • 9 dl hot (but not boiling) water

  • 2 tbs rooibos tea (or 3 bags)

  • 0,5 dl brown sugar (optional)

  • 2 dl freshly squeezed orange juice

How to

Add the water, sugar and tea to a pitcher. Let it cool and the place in the fridge to steep for at least 6 hours. The longer the better. Before serving, stirr in the orange juice and pour into glasses over ice.
