Once we have received your order, we will process it by sending you an e-mail to arrange for pick-up or shipping. This depends on the delivery method you have chosen and also wether it's possible to ship the order. Together with the order confirmation, you will receive your order number. We ask you kindly to use this order number as a reference for any further correspondence.

Bierback’s webshop reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies in the webpage and/or concerning already sold items.

Please be advised that VAT is included in all Bierbacks webshop prices. Kindly note that specific Danish VAT laws regarding sale of used items apply when purchasing from Bierback's, and therefore VAT is not deductable.


Bierback's webshop payment can be made via Visa/Dankort and international credit cards via PayPal or Stripe. Standard provider charges may be added for transactions via Dankort or international credit cards, where so required. Bierback's webshop offers you the following delivery options:

  • Pick-up in store ONLY = when your order is complete, you are welcome to pick it up in Northern Copenhagen. Location and times for pick-up will be provided via e-mail.
  • REQUEST SHIPPING (info sent via e-mail if possible) = this options means you request shipping, and that we will get back to you with information wether it's possible or not, and with information about price, delivery times etc. Note that this option doesn't mean we will ship your order, only that we'll investigate if it's possible.


Bierback's webshop contain hand picked items, that are far from brand new. Therefore our basic principle is that you purchase the item as seen. For this reason, any purchased items collected and paid by you in person from our pick-up point, are non returnable. Should you at pick-up regret your order you are entitled to do so, where we will return the full amount. You have 14 days to return items purchased and shipped via Bierback's webshop only if they are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Payment for transporting returned items, is on the buyer’s account. We also require you to provide us with the relevant order number, which you received along with the order confirmation. Returned items requiring cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

Should you wish to return a purchased item, we would appreciate this information as soon as possible. 


Bierback’s webshop uses PayPal or Stripe as it's payment system, where all purchase communication occurs via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that unauthorised parties cannot see the data exchanged. All personal information, which you provide via purchase from Bierback’s webshop, is treated as confidential.
